Kennametal: Organizational Consulting
“We recently launched a women’s development program to address leadership pipeline needs at the individual contributor level. Elisabet was a critical part of the team that brought together the key concepts that women need to grasp to enhance their success in a global enterprise. She lends credibility and authenticity to the challenges women must successfully address to step forward as a leader in a diverse business environment, and thoroughly explores the issues with participants in a meaningful and relevant manner. Her professionalism, paired with her intrinsic understanding of the many barriers, perceived or real, helps others see how to bring the walls down and engage on a personal level, retain their identity, and still be viewed as the leaders that they are or aspire to be.”

MSA: Women’s Leadership Coaching
“Elisabet is my coach for an executive leadership development program, and we’ve been working together for eight months... Elisabet is able to absorb details of a situation you describe to her, accurately summarize advantages and disadvantages, and ask the right questions to get at the heart of the matter. She is able to articulate what you haven’t articulated to yourself, to help you “see the forest for the trees.” She doesn’t just tell you — she guides you there. Elisabet is passionate about helping people develop to their fullest potential and helping women develop their unique skills and attributes to benefit themselves and their organization (not mutually exclusive)... While she celebrates all your wins, Elisabet also pushes you to stretch yourself beyond your comfort zone, to set higher goals for yourself or to expand something you’re already doing to a greater degree.”

UniCredit: Women’s Leadership Seminars
“I met Elisabet in spring 2009 when we were looking to set up an educational program for the newly launched UniCredit Women’s International Network, an initiative aimed to support women’s professional development and advancement in the UniCredit Group. In the Czech Republic, the topic of gender diversity is quite new and we could not find any professional coach experienced enough to address the topics of women’s leadership, managing conflict between genders, improving women’s communication skills and developing skills to increase women’s presence in the decision making process. Based on the recommendation of Jana Ryslinkova, dean of the US Business School in Prague, we got in touch with Elisabet. It was very easy to work with Elisabet on the form and content of a series of seminars. Still, I was not sure how my Czech colleagues would accept a professor with a different cultural background, probably using teaching methods not adopted in the formal Czech educational system. But all my worries dissolved a few minutes after the program started. Elisabet is a very outgoing person and, at the same time, a very understanding person who manages to create a sense of ease and trust where everyone can express their opinions. There were no barriers to understanding. Soon all the participants were on board sharing their experiences, which are pretty similar and valid across borders and continents, and looking for solutions. I feel that the group of UniCredit women participating in the program have received a new perspective and can address the barriers hindering women’s professional growth in a more structured context. Moreover, Elisabet offered herself to be a sort of mentor, anytime we feel we need advice — and from my experience can confirm that she means it sincerely. ”
