WEL Program
Rodriguez & Associates Conducts Women’s
Executive Leadership (WEL) Program

Rodriguez & Associates recently conducted a leadership program that brought together the women executives of many of Pittsburgh’s leading companies — including EQT, Westinghouse, Highmark, UPMC, Giant Eagle, and GSK.

The Women’s Executive Leadership (WEL) program, initiated and presented through Rodriguez & Associates’ long-standing partnership with Duquesne University, aims to enhance the leadership signature of women.

For the past three years, WEL has had a tremendous impact on women across the Pittsburgh region. It is widely recognized as the most comprehensive development process exclusively for women — and incorporates strong executive level education, effective networking, and executive coaching.

In one of the program’s most innovative elements, participants are aligned with an executive steward from their company and encouraged to move far beyond their comfort zone by leading highly visible strategic initiatives. Organizations report that providing women executives with these “stretch” opportunities yields exceptional returns.
