For Women. Through probing questions and lively discussion, we draw out the real-world personal experiences of participants — and help them reframe the challenges they face, discuss difficulties in a constructive way, and discover solutions to the obstacles that have blocked their success.

At the same time, we challenge participants to step back and see themselves from an organizational perspective — how they can demonstrate leadership, contribute to morale, and become a force for innovation within the organization.

For Organizations. We conduct these same kinds of interactive seminars for executive leadership as well. These sessions help both male and female executives understand the overt and subtle attitudes and practices that constrain women from fully contributing to the organization.
